In the context of the initiation, the conclusion, the handling and the reverse processing of a purchase agreement with the AquaMed, personal stock data are collected, stored and processed only insofar as this is necessary for the justification, content development or modification of a contractual relationship between the customer and the AquaMed. If a third party is used for services related to the processing of processing processes, the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act shall be complied with. The data communicated by the customer in the course of the order are processed exclusively for the processing of the contract and only for the purpose for which the customer made the data available. The data will be passed on only as far as necessary to the shipping company, which takes delivery of the goods according to order. The payment data are passed on to the credit institution which is responsible for the payment.
This is done within the framework of the legal provisions. The provider otherwise does not pass on any personal data of the customer to a third party, unless he is legally obliged to do so or the customer has previously expressly consented. The customer’s consent is revocable at any time (an e-mail with a clear subject and content is sufficient at email@example.com).
If necessary, AquaMed collects information about the customer from third parties. This can be information about his creditworthiness or the confirmation of his delivery address. This usually happens during the use of the service.
AquaMed may create usage profiles for the purposes of advertising, market research or the appropriate design of the telemedia using pseudonyms if the customer does not object to this. These usage profiles are not merged with data about the bearer of the pseudonym. The customer can object to this extent by sending an e-mail which is clearly written according to the subject and content to firstname.lastname@example.org.
AquaMed will only use usage data (characteristics for the identification of the user, information on the start and the end, as well as the extent of the respective use and information on the telemedia used by the user) beyond the end of the usage process insofar as this is for purposes of billing with the user Are required (billing data). AquaMed may block the data in order to comply with existing statutory, statutory or contractual storage periods.
This website contains links to websites of others (herein called „external sites”). These external sites are outside of AquaMed’s influence. AquaMed has checked, upon establishing the link for the first time, whether the content of the external site is against the law. At the moment this check was made, no such infraction was apparent. AquaMed has no influence on the current or future presentation of these external sites, and on the content of these external sites. Setting the link does not mean that AquaMed assumes ownership of the external site’s content. It is economically unfeasible for AquaMed to make frequent checks on these external sites. However, it is AquaMed’s policy to delete links to the external sites should AquaMed learn that the content of the external sites is against the law.
The whole content of the website is protected by copyright (all rights reserved). Copying, in part or whole, processing electronically or through other means, modifying, linking to or using the website for commercial or public purposes requires the express prior consent of AquaMed. Without such express prior consent of AquaMed, publication and/or processing of this website or parts of this website constitutes a breach of the German copyright law and can have consequences both under civil and under criminal law.
